Cannot run in my PC. Maybe due to the Chinese file names. I'm using English Version of Windows XP.
Did you set language to Chinese on your Windows XP? If not, here are the steps you can do it.
0. You need original Windows XP installation disc with you.
1. Open Control Panel
2. Click "Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options"
3. Click "Regional and Language Options", there is a window popup.
4. Click "Advanced" tab, you will see the Language for non-Unicode programs setting.
5. Select "Chinese (Taiwan)" and then click OK. (You may be required to put Windows XP CD in the DVD/CD drive)
6. Once you reboot (may or may not be required, I am not sure), you can see Chinese when you run this program.
