Depending on your target audience group. Ask yourself:
1.How big is the "organic" product supporter in Taiwan? (if not, think export, what are the regulations?)
2.Are you the only 茶莊 have this? If not, who else is in this organic tea market? What markets they are in? Young, old, direct to customers or direct to business?
3.Can the packing and logo (name) be a bit more modern...if you will be planning to sell overseas especially in cities like Hong Kong, Japan, UK, Australia?
Select your audience group FIRST and then probably you will need to redesign the name and packing etc..and I think your family tea business's existing sales channels needed to be reviewed too.
I guess at this stage u should not be worrying about the volume of production but how to pack it and sell.
