Sorry I can not type this in Chinese but I'm able to read ,

(1) I'm not sure that I'm pick the right time for my date of birth as I was born in Saigon Vietnam on 9PM ( according to my birth cert ) so should I choose the '7PMto9PM' or this one.
Here's some information for clarify :
- Escaped from Vietname to Australia in 1979.
- Got Married in 1995, now have 3 kids
- My father dead on 1997

(2) I have been unemployed since April this year, is there any way to find out when I can start a new job or should I start my own bussiness ?
