I went to Canada when I was 12 years old, then my Asthma disappear

When I was 13 years old, 1992, I met my current husband. My grade in school was above average

Around 18, 1997, I started to date with my current husband

1999, I got accepted from a famous University, however, my grade drops, and I fail a lot of courses. It was my worse year till now. I have allergy

2000 summer, I went to HK, while visiting Ocean Park, I fell again, and I broke my leg

2002 Summer: I went to Japan and Hong Kong. I went to Hong Kong to attend my grand father’s funeral.

填表時家宅四周的環境：I have asthma when i was in HK (10-12years old), then once i immigrated to Canada, asthma seems to disappear, but it reappear this year (24yearold)

And between my eyebrows, i have a scar becuase i fell down on a metal threshold (the bottom of a door) when i was 4years old.
