Sorry for not being able to input Chinese.
I was born in Jan. 6th, 1976 (The time when I was born was right before 7:00 am,
but my mom didn't remember exactly what time it was).
I am currently studying for my Ph.D in Management Information System in
the United States. I am not doing well because I don't think I am
a material of Ph.D. I don't like to write papers, but I have to write
papers if I want this Ph.D. I always think I have talent in accounting
or finance. Now I have several choices:
1. continue to study in the Ph.D. program and get the degree.
advantage: The pay would be good if I get a teaching position in a university.
disadvantage: it will take me 3 more years to get the degree. 3 years is too long to me. I am not sure if I can finish it.
2. quit the Ph.D. program and transfer to a master program in accounting or finance or actuary.
advantage: I can do something I really want to do, and I am good at.
disadvantage: no financial aid. I have to pay for myself. it will take
1.5-2 years to get the degree. whether or not I can get a good job depends on the job market in 1.5 years.
3. transfer to the master program in the same major. I will get my master degree in December, 2003. then I will look for a job using the master degree in management information system.
advantage: I can graduate soon. If lucky I will get a job soon.
disadvantage: The job market is bad in the States now. I am not sure if I can get a job if I graduate in December.

Please take a look at my fate plate and let me know if I am predestined to
be able to have a Ph.D degree. If not, I would like to quite the program.
Please also let me know if I should get an academic job or professional job,
or say I will be a professor or an accountant or something else.

Also, I have been dating my boy friend for half a year. He is nice, but I don't really think he is the one I should marry. Please let me know when I will meet the right guy. Thanks a lot.
