明治二十三年(1890)七月，新瀉審判所長富田禎次郎氏來訪。氏，余舊知也，不相見數年矣，得見之余，互談契闊，氏曰：「我今來訪，專為道謝往年《易》斷也。」乃詳述從前求卜，得井之三爻。

The Well 93 象曰：'The well has been cleared out, but is not used:'--(even) passers-by would be sorry for this. A prayer is made 'that the king were intelligent:'--for then blessing would be received.
彖曰：The Well. The town may be changed, But the well cannot be changed. It neither decreases nor increases. They come and go and draw from the well. If one gets down almost to the water And the rope does not go all the way, Or the jug breaks, it brings misfortune.
