is color really important in feng-shui?



i'd like to paint the southwest corner (two walls) in colden tone,



is it a bad choice (eventhough i think it would be really pretty)?



and i was born in winter, i once read a hong-kong feng-shui master saying

that winter-born people should use warm color, such as red, purple.

does it really matter?
