You have to look at the whole chart, not just the Sun or the Moon.
If you have any planet around 12 degree Aries, Saturn in Cancer is
squaring it now, has been so for a while, and will continue for
the few months to come. That's the only planet that is giving Aries any significant stress that I can see, for the near future. Jupiter will
move to Libra to oppose Aries soon, but that's later.

But if it was transient feeling that bothered you before, it was probably due to the Moon, or even the Sun, since they move fast. Things with Saturn don't happen overnight.
