之所以選擇中國紅十字基金是因為它可以把錢盡快的投入需要的地方。如果我們把錢捐到美國紅十字,它並不會把錢立刻用到受災區。而且其中一部分錢會被分給美國紅十字的STAFF，並不保證所有的捐款會用到災區。

<3>然後填寫表格，捐款方式選銀行匯款，國外的郵政編碼可以在前面加個0，捐贈留言寫了：四川汶川地震救災捐款。填完後點確定

<4>出來新的頁面，會出現一個捐贈序列號，大家一定要記得把這個序列號記下來。
右邊是兩種在線付款方式，國內銀行卡和國際銀行卡，海外的選擇國際，要charge 3.2%的手續費。進入後選VISA或者MASTER卡支付。

把之前生成的那個捐贈序列號填入查詢，顯示在途，這樣應該就是捐上了。

A powerful earthquake struck Wenchuan, Sichuan, China on May 12th. The quake, measuring 7.8 on the Richter scale, was the worst to strike China since the Tangshan earthquake in 1976. It was felt in at least 16 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China. At least 8,533 people are dead so far.

Here is one of the donation method, which you can donate online to the Chines Red Cross Foundation for the China Earthquake Relief.

The reason why I choose Chinese Red Cross Foundation is that the money can be distributed directly to the Needed Area. If we make the donation to American Red Cross, they still need to transfer that raised fund to China somehow. And part of the donation may be used to pay American Cross Red's staff. It will cost time and devalue the fund.
