Approach 64 象曰：'The freedom from error consequent on the advance in the highest mode' is due to the (various) appropriateness of the position.
彖曰：Approach has supreme success. Perseverance furthers. When the eighth month comes, there will be misfortune.

友人某氏來，請占某貴顯氣運，筮得臨之歸妹。

此卦內卦兌為口，外卦坤為眾，為俯聽輿論，酌量民情，出而臨事之謂，故名曰臨。

四爻具柔正之德，下應初九之剛正，忘勢略分，厚意禮賢，可謂誠之至也，謂之「至臨，無咎」。某貴顯能體此意，可得無咎。
